  • 1 orange, peeled and roughly
    cut into pieces
  • ½ cup plain full fat
    natural yoghurt
  • ¼ pineapple, roughly
    chopped
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 large handful of fresh berries,
    blueberries or strawberries are great
  • Some ice cubes
  • Optional – 1 scoop of your
    protein powder

      Method

        • Peel and roughly chop up the orange and pineapple into bite-size chunks so they can be blended easily.
        • Throw everything into a blender and blend until smooth.
