Method
- Start by blending the ice and frozen berries in a blender.
- Once they’re nicely broken down, add the banana, protein powder, seeds and nut butter. Blend again.
- Next, add liquid. Slowly, add either apple/orange juice or a milk alternative to achieve your desired consistency.
- Finish blending when you have achieved your desired consistency. Enjoy!
