Summer BBQ Garlic Prawns is a simple recipe. All you need is Garlic, Prawns, and a BBQ and you’re good to go!
- Heat the butter in a pan on medium heat, add the garlic and fry it just long enough (1-2
minutes) to start releasing its flavours. Make sure not to burn it or even brown it.
- Next, add the prawns and fry on medium heat for 3-5 mins on each side, making sure they’re completely heated through before you take them off the pan.
- Serve with toasted slices of baguette as a starter. Or serve on a bed of wilted spinach and pasta as a main course.
