Method
- To make your Marierose sauce, mix together the mayo and ketchup as well as lime juice and a few dashes of Tabasco sauce. Mix well.
- Add the prawns and mix them gently with the sauce. Mash the avocado with a drizzle of lemon juice.
- Next, place a lettuce leaf each on a large serving plate, add a teaspoon of mashed avocado and 3-4 prawns on top.
- Finish with a slice of lemon. Ready to serve!
