- In a medium-size mixing bowl, place all the dry ingredients. In a pan, gently warm honey, almond butter and coconut oil.
- Next, pour it into the mixing bowl and mix everything really well.
- Now, transfer the mixture into an 8×8 in baking tray lined with parchment paper, and flatten to about 1 in thick. Cover and place in the fridge overnight.
- Cut into 16 equal squares (or whatever size you fancy) and store for up to 5 days in the fridge. Can be eaten straight out of the fridge or at room temperature.
