  • 250g smoked mackerel fillets,
  • skin off Juice of 1 organic lemon
  • 180-200g cream cheese like Philadelphia
  • Freshly cut parsley
  • Salt & pepper to season

    Method

    • If you have a food processor, use it. Otherwise, a hand blender or fork will do too but it will create a rougher texture.
    • Place all ingredients into the food processor and whisk at speed for 5-10 seconds. Ready to go!
    • If you are using a fork, place all ingredients into a bowl, start breaking up the mackerel and mix everything thoroughly.
    • Ready to serve within minutes!
