Our Mackerel Pate is true brain-boosting food. It is rich in essential fatty acids, as are all oily fish. This pate is easy to make, can be stored in the fridge and will make a lovely lunch, snack or add-on to dinner.
Method

- If you have a food processor, use it. Otherwise, a hand blender or fork will do too but it will create a rougher texture.
- Place all ingredients into the food processor and whisk at speed for 5-10 seconds. Ready to go!
- If you are using a fork, place all ingredients into a bowl, start breaking up the mackerel and mix everything thoroughly.
- Ready to serve within minutes!
