BBQ season is starting, and with that the need for a decent homemade mayonnaise that doesn’t drown everything in standard bland flavour. This dressing is light and combines delicate flavours to come together to a great alternative egg-free mayonnaise. It works great in salads, sandwiches, homemade coleslaw, or with fish and shellfish. Make it ahead and keep it in the fridge for a few days.
Method
- Mix all wet ingredients together in a small sealable jar and shake vigorously.
