This is a very simple yet inventive way of serving breakfast, a post-workout snack or a summery dessert. Fresh berries are in season, and they’re super nutritious. Fresh yoghurt is always delicious and you can use coconut or dairy yoghurt for this recipe.
Method
- Layer the ingredients, starting with a sprinkle of granola at the bottom of a 250ml glass.
- Next, place a few strawberries and raspberries as the second layer.
- Cover with a couple of tablespoons of yoghurt, drizzle the yoghurt with a few teaspoons of passionfruit pulp. Repeat this process again.
- When ready to serve, top with a raspberry and some mint leaves. Enjoy!
