This is a handy little recipe for making easy homemade high energy snacks. You can even sneak in your favourite protein powder to give yourself a protein boost. They will keep you going longer
Method
- Preheat your oven to 180C fan. Place all dry ingredients into a mixing bowl and combine well.
- Start adding the banana using a fork. Use a little less or more banana if the mixture is too sticky.
- You should be able to form small rounds easily enough.
- Form 15 biscuit rounds and place on an oven dish with parchment paper.
- Make in the oven for about 15 minutes or until they turn a lovely dark golden colour.
- Allow to cool on a drying rack.
- They keep 3 days stored in an airtight tin.
