Swimming Terms & Conditions
How do I set up an account to add my child if I’m not a member of Gym Plus?
Click this link, select free account, add yourself and then your child.
How does the payment plan work?
We will take a recurring card payment on the 23rd for the next month’s lessons. You will be charged for the number of lessons in the next month. If payment does not go through we will attempt further recurring card payment. You will also receive an email from uswith a payment link to fix the account. To ensure continuity of your lessons, please pay the outstanding amount within 1 week. You can also pay on the client portal or in the club.
How can I see my child's progress?
You can see how your child is getting on by logging onto your client portal. Please click the link here.
What happens if we can’t make a lesson?
If you cannot make a lesson for medical reasons, please email in a Doctor’s certificate to swim@gymplus.ie within a week of the lesson date and we will credit that lesson for you reducing your payment next month. In all other circumstances, your child will forego their session.
Can I hold my child’s place if I want to take a break for a while?
Unfortunately, we are unable to hold spaces and there is a likelihood that your child’s place will not be available to return to. We recommend continuing the lessons till your child has finished the programme.
Can I change the time and day of my lesson?
It will only be possible to do so if there is available space at the requested time. If no space is available, the original booking time and date will remain in place.
Can I get a receipt for my lessons?
Yes, you can log onto the client portal and select the option to receive an email receipt every month. All your future payments are available for you to see on the payments tab.
How do I stop my child’s lessons?
Please send an email to swim@gymplus.ie by the 15th of the current month to enable us time to cancel the next month’s payment. Please state your child’s full name, the location and day and time of their lessons.
