Indoor cycling classes, also known as spin classes, are group exercise classes using stationary bikes. During a spin class, you will pedal along to music while the instructor leads the class through a series of workouts.

All spin bikes have adjustable resistance, so you can change it to suit your fitness level. Be sure to bring a towel and a water bottle, as you will be sure to work up a sweat in this spin class!
