What To Expect
Indoor cycling classes, also known as “spin classes,” are group exercise classes using stationary bikes. During a spin class, you will pedal along to music while the instructor leads the class through a series of workouts.
Indoor Cycling Classes are typically high-intensity and are designed to improve cardio fitness, strength, and endurance. All spin bikes have adjustable resistance so you can change it to suit your fitness level. Be sure to bring a towel and a water bottle as you will be sure to work up a sweat!
