All our classes are taught by certified instructors. We focus on cardio, strength training, yoga, pilates and indoor cycling. We have selected the best classes for members to improve cardiovascular endurance, core strength and stamina. Furthermore, we support members in their goals to reduce body fat, gain muscle mass and build strength and flexibility.
At Gym Plus Clarendon Street we also offer free training support when you join and a free fitness review to assess your progress whenever you want one. Our trainers understand that different exercises suit different people so each fitness programme is tailored for the individual.
