Each plan is customised to the person’s current level of fitness. Furthermore, as a member of Gym Plus every member is entitled to unlimited fitness assessments. These are designed to help you track your progress, measure your results and alter your exercise plan if needed.

Each plan is different but will include:

  • Cardiovascular exercises to burn calories and keep your heart healthy
  • Weight Training exercises to tone muscle as you lose weight
  • Stretch Exercises to help you stay flexible and avoid injury as you train
  • Nutritional advice and healthy eating plan
