Banana ice cream and only 2 ingredients? What more can you want.
- Peel the bananas, break in half and place into the blender. Blend until they’re fully broken down and are starting to show a thick creamy consistency. Stop the blender, add the cinnamon and give it a quick whisk.
- To freeze, add the banana puree either into silicone ice cream moulds or into decorative glass jars ready for serving.
- Freeze overnight. Enjoy straight out of the freezer.
