Two Ingredient Banana Ice Cream

  • 5 bananas 
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon 


Step 1

Peel the bananas, break in half and place into the blender. Blend until they’re fully broken down and are starting to show a thick creamy consistency. Stop the blender, add the cinnamon and give it a quick whisk. 

Step 2

To freeze, add the banana puree either into silicone ice cream moulds or into decorative glass jars ready for serving. 

Step 3

Freeze overnight. Enjoy straight out of the freezer.
