The Best High Protein Post Workout Smoothie

  • ½ cup ice (about a handful)     
  • ½ cup frozen berries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 scoop protein powder (your choice, ideally without taste) 
  • 1 tsp seeds
  • 1 tbsp nut butter 
  • About 100-150ml liquid like juice or nut milks 


Step 1

Start by blending the ice and frozen berries in a blender. 

Step 2

Once they’re nicely broken down, add the banana, protein powder, seeds and nut butter. Blend again. 

Step 3

Next, add liquid. Slowly, add either apple/orange juice
or a milk alternative to achieve your desired consistency.
Finish blending when you have achieved your desired
consistency. Enjoy!
