Super Healthy Yoghurt & Berries Dessert

Ingredients
- A large pot of Natural Yoghurt (or low fat for a lighter dessert)
- A bag of frozen raspberries or strawberries
- 2 teaspoons sugar or Xylitol (natural sugar substitute)
Method
Step 1
Gently heat the frozen berries over a medium heat in a pan, stirring occasionally.
Step 2
Once it’s defrosted and slightly warm, pass it through a sieve and muslin cloth to get rid of the pips. Now, sweeten it with sugar to taste.
Step 3
1-2 teaspoons sugar is perfect to allow the natural tanginess of the fruits to come through.
Step 4
Place ½ the yoghurt pot in a bowl, generously drizzle it with your coulis – ready to go. We love this with a few nuts and fresh berries on top for added crunch and goodness.
