Summer BBQ Garlic Prawns

  • 200g fresh prawns
  • 1-2 tablespoons of butter for frying
  • 2-3 garlic cloves, crushed


Step 1

Heat the butter in a pan on medium heat, add the garlic and fry it just long enough (1-2
minutes) to start releasing its flavours. Make sure not to burn it or even brown it.

Step 2

Next, add the prawns and fry on medium heat for 3-5 mins on each side, making sure they’re completely heated through before you take them off the pan.

Step 3

Serve with toasted slices of baguette as a starter. Or serve on a bed of wilted spinach and pasta as a main course
