Strawberry & Mango Ice Pops

  • A punnet of strawberries, tops taken off 
  • A mango, sliced and cut into chunks


Step 1

Throw the strawberries into a blender and blend until smooth. Set aside. 

Step 2

Briefly rinse out the blender, throw in the mango pieces and blend until smooth. Starting with the strawberry puree, add the purees one after the other into ice pop moulds and place into the freezer overnight before enjoying them.
