Ingredients
- 100g almonds, roughly chopped
- 300g oats
- 50g runny honey
- 100g almond butter or peanut butter
- 2 Tablespoons melted coconut oil
- Now add in a handful of either: raisins, goji berries, dried cranberries, chocolate chips, peanuts, etc
Method
Step 1
In a medium size mixing bowl, place all the dry ingredients. In a pan, gently warm honey, almond butter and coconut oil.
Step 2
Next, pour it into the mixing bowl and mix everything really well.
Step 3
Now, transfer the mixture into an 8×8 in baking tray lined with parchment paper, flatten to about 1 in thick. Cover and place in the fridge overnight.
Step 4
Cut into 16 equal squares (or whatever size you fancy) and store for up to 5 days in the fridge. Can be
eaten straight out of the fridge or at room temperature.
