4 tablespoons each of paprika and coriander leaves, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
Sprinkle of chilli flakes
2 tablespoons. honey
Salt and black pepper
Combine your paprika and coriander leaves with your garlic, salt, pepper, olive oil, chilli flakes and honey into a marinade in a shallow dish.
Take your Henshaw’s Turkey Breast Steaks and generously coat each in your marinade making sure to leave some marinade to the side. Leave your marinated steaks in the fridge for at least 3o minutes.
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees celsius and roast your Henshaw’s Mini Garlic Potatoes for 30 minutes. Grill or BBQ your steaks until fully cooked and the juices run clear. Take the remaining marinade and coat your fully cooked steaks
