Ingredients

  • 2 mini wraps or 1
    large wrap (I like BFree
    Sweet Potato Wraps)
  • 1 chicken breast,
    cooked and cooled (leftover
    from dinner is good)
  • 4 crunchy salad
    leaves (or as much as you
    like, really)
  • Some of your
    favourite pesto (green and
    red both work well)
  • A little mayonnaise
  • Salt & pepper

    Method

    • I fold my wraps into pockets, and will spread pesto on ½ of the wrap.
    • Next, slice the cooled cooked chicken breast into thin slices and divide it equally between two wraps (or one if you’re making only one).
    • Add the Romano baby lettuce leaves or any other crunchy greens you like, add a dash of mayonnaise, and season with salt and pepper.
    • Ready to eat!
