Method
- I fold my wraps into pockets, and will spread pesto on ½ of the wrap.
- Next, slice the cooled cooked chicken breast into thin slices and divide it equally between two wraps (or one if you’re making only one).
- Add the Romano baby lettuce leaves or any other crunchy greens you like, add a dash of mayonnaise, and season with salt and pepper.
- Ready to eat!
