What Wellness Event Can I Attend? 

Gym Plus will be partnering with Move At The Manor this summer, helping those passionate about fitness through some expert workout routines as well as offering advice on how to hit your fitness goals throughout the event. We’ll be taking over the fitness pod and running some exciting classes including:

HIIT 

Be ready to sweat at our High-intensity interval training session. We’ll be demonstrating the benefits of HIIT. And show you how effective HIIT can be as part of a training routine to hit your fitness goals at the event. 

Pound 

The perfect blend of fitness and music, pound classes will let you work out and rock out at the same time. A relatively new way to exercise that is quickly gaining traction across the world. Why not see what all the fuss is about with us? 

Functional Fitness 

We’ll be showing off our functional fitness routine that helps you to exercise parts of your body and muscle groups that you use every day. Helping them to become fitter and stronger and keeping your body ready for the daily routines of life. 

Zumba 

Burn off calories and have fun!  Join us for a live Zumba class and see just exactly what it can do for you.

The event will take place at the Palmerstown House Estate, Johnstown, Kill, Co Kildare across the 1100 acre property. It’s a lovely venue located just outside Dublin, that features an 18th century manor in a lovely idyllic setting.
