Having your favourite chips has never been so easy with our Homemade Chunky Chip recipe.
- Preheat the oven to 210C/200C Fan/Gas 6W
- Wash the potatoes, and leave the skin on. Cut them lengthwise into quarters; you want to achieve a wedge about the size/thickness of your index and ring fingers put together.
- In a bowl, mix the wedges with a little olive oil and salt. Make sure they are all thinly coated, as the oil on the potato will improve cooking.
- Bake in the oven for 35-45 minutes or until they are crunchy and soft. These are great served with a salad, steak or a bean burger.
