  • ½ Galia Melon (but honeydew will do too)
  • ¼ pineapple (a small can or tinned pineapple will do too)
  • 2 green apples (or any lovely apples you have to hand)

    Method

    • Remove the skin and seeds from the melon, cut flesh into chunks.
    • Next, remove the hard core and skin from the pineapple, cut into chunks. Peel and de-seed the apples and cut into chunks.
    • Pass everything through a juicer and enjoy!
