This is the quickest dessert you will have ever made. It is high in calcium from the yoghurt, rich in nutrients and flavonoids from the frozen berries, and very low in sugar. You can alternatively choose coconut yoghurt or full-fat yoghurt.
Method
- Place the berries, yoghurt and sugar in a food processor and whisk for 20 seconds or until all ingredients are well mixed together.
- Place into 4 serving bowls, decorate with some fresh berries or mint leaves if you have them at hand. Enjoy!
