Can people with additional needs use your clubs?

Yes! We pride ourselves on our inclusive attitude and doing everything reasonably possible to open up access to the clubs for everybody. Amongst our longest-serving members, you’ll find individuals with a broad spectrum of additional needs that are easily met by our teams.

All our clubs are wheelchair friendly apart from Clarendon Street, being accessible and having disabled changing and bathroom facilities. Clarendon Street is accessible for people with intellectual or sensory disabilities, and many physical, but unfortunately the restrictions of the building in which the gym is situated make it unsuitable for wheelchair users.

Each club has a disability liaison officer (generally the fitness manager) and they have all done the Cara Inclusive Fitness training course.

All you need to do is contact us, via whatever method best suits you and we can discuss how we can accommodate you. Please make us aware what your disability is and we can guide & support your fitness goals. We are ready to adapt our facilities and fitness classes where possible, we look forward to welcoming you to our club soon.
