Salmon, cream cheese and bacon are a fantastic combination. Add a hint of garlic and butter to your vegetables (I chose spinach) and some yummy carbs (fresh tagliatelle!) and you have a super comforting nourishing meal for all the family. This can even be eaten cold as workday lunch.

Method
- Preheat your oven to 220C.
- Place some parchment paper on a baking tray, place the salmon fillets on top.
- Make a small incision in the fleshy bit at the top, scoop in the cream cheese and cover with the rasher.
- Place in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until baked through.
- Meanwhile, crush the garlic and gently heat it in a pan with the butter. Once it starts to warm up, add the spinach and toss it for 2-3 minutes or until the leaves have welted.
- Bring a pot of water to the boil and add the fresh tagliatelle, cooking it to achieve your desired texture. Once the salmon is ready, place the pasta in a deep plate, add some spinach and the fillet of salmon w bacon, sprinkle with a little parmesan and enjoy!
