Combining yoga and pilates in the comfort of our dedicated Gym Plus studios. Yogalates classes are designed to increase body strength and elasticity. Yogalates helps tone core muscles, strengthening and stretching them. It improves flexibility and can even aid weight loss. Participants feel energised after each session.
Classes begin with warm-ups and the stretching of joints. Followed by short meditation and breathing exercises. Movements gradually increase to almost the pace of pilates.
Because of the demanding positions, yogalates stimulates the muscles which aids blood flow. This can help the body recover faster and flush out any possible toxins which can accumulate in the tissues.
