What to expect
This group class takes place in a quiet, calming environment under the guidance of an experienced Gym Plus Tai Chi instructor. You will be introduced to a mix of slow, choreographed movements, controlled breathing and meditation.
Each movement is repeated during the class to help you learn the skill of Tai Chi and over time you will discover your own natural rhythm. The more you practice, the quicker you will learn the movements.
During the class you will experience a state of calm by following the choreographed movements, helping to quieten the mind and focus your breathing.
