What is a HIIT Class?

If you’re looking to improve your fitness in a short space of time,  metabolic conditioning is the most efficient way of getting there. This is a high intensity cardio class designed to get you working hard. It will get your heart rate up and blitz the calories.

The instructor will guide you through a challenging workout  that combines aerobic and anaerobic exercises.

Exercises include a mix of cardio machines and resistance training using bodyweight, dumbbells or kettlebells
