At the Gravity class at Gym Plus, expect a mix of mobility, stability, strength and metabolic conditioning exercises. It is a suitable class for all ages and fitness levels as our trainers can modify the exercises for each individual.
In addition to the body weight exercises, Gravity consists of some weight based exercises using kettlebells, suspension trainers, barbells and dumbbells. Or a combination of these. This class is an excellent choice for those who want to increase their mobility, build core strength and boost their overall fitness.
Our Gym Plus trainers ensure you have the proper form while performing these exercises and in time you will master the technique.
If you are new to exercise it is normal to feel a little sore within 48 hours. This is called DOMs ( Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness) but the best thing to do is keep moving as that will help increase blood circulation and loosen up stiff joints.
