Fabuless is a supportive, empowering group session designed to help members achieve their weight loss goals and sustain an active, healthy lifestyle.
- Each week you will meet with one of our professional Gym Plus trainers who will:
- Track your progress using the Tanita body composition scales to measure your weight, BMI, body fat %, visceral fat and more.
- Sync your results to the FitSense app and analyse them
- Assess your programme card and compare the results to your weekly activity levels
- Share advice and tips on how to stay motivated, build willpower and create healthy eating patterns.
- Discuss different aspects, health and nutrition tailored to the group’s needs.
