What is a Step Aerobics Class?

A typical step aerobics class involves a set of choreographed movements performed on a raised platform. Set to high-temp music, movements are designed to work the lower body, upper body and core.  It is a full body cardio class that will help you sculpt your bum, thighs and leg muscles. We recommend wearing athletic footwear while in class as you will want to maximise comfort while using the step.
