What is Functional Fitness?

For example, you will learn how to do squats – to train the muscles to help move the body up and down in preparation for lifting. Also, multi-directional lunges to train the body to hoover, sweep, mop or rake.
Throughout the course instructors will modify exercises to challenge participants. Firstly, members will get comfortable using their own body weight.
