Ingredients

  • 4 rice or corn cakes
  • 4 tsp nut butter
    (ideally almond or
    peanut, not cashew)
  • 1 apple, sliced
  • A little honey and
    cinnamon to sprinkle over
    the apple slices
  • 5 pitted medjool dates,
    cut into 4 quarters each lengthways
  • Small handful of
    mixed nuts or walnuts
  • Opened easy peeler,
    some blueberries or sliced melon
  • 3-4 oat cakes

The brain soaks up an enormous amount of energy during study, and it wants to be fuelled continuously. Choose complex carbs, natural sugars, plant-based proteins and healthy fats.

    Method
